Scripps bought TVN in July of 2015, at that time the KRRiT welcomed the U.S. investment.  Then, in October 2015, PiS came to power, and as a democratic state, there was a peaceful transition of power and respect for the rule of law. But PiS changed its tune in regards to U.S. investments and the KRRiT followed suit.
