On January 11th, the only member of the Council elected by the opposition of the National Broadcasting Council, Tadeusz Kowalski, will demand an explanation of the measures ordered by the Chairman of the Council regarding TVN’s report called “Siła kłamstwa”. The National Broadcasting Council is investigating TVN over an aired report for alleged violations of the Broadcasting Act. The investigation will determine whether the report promotes false information and actions that endanger public security. TVN has requested that the investigation be discontinued, stating that the regulator is trying to fine the network for disclosing concealed information.
