Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity – Grand Finale

TVN Warner Bros. Discovery has actively supported and extensively covered the initiatives of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP) since its inception. TVN has been the main media partner of WOŚP for eight years. Every year, hundreds of people from TVN WBD work on the broadcast of the Grand Finale. We are pleased that this year other broadcasters are following in our footsteps. During the Grand Finale, TVN dedicates most of its channels to WOŚP, and actors, anchors, as well as celebrities associated with TVN Warner Bros. Discovery auction various activities and items to raise funds. Just last year, we managed to raise nearly half a million złoty for WOŚP through auctions alone.

Among this year’s auctions are: a day in the Sejm with our reporter from “Fakty” –  Arleta Zalewska, costumes of the main characters from the “Convict” Player Original series, a cooking session with Joanna Krupa, “Poland’s Next Top Model” judge, a visit to the set of TVN’s morning show “Dzień Dobry TVN”, Martyna Wojciechowska’s suitcase that traveled to the ends of the world, along with a meeting with Martyna, who is a journalist and a traveler known for her adventurous spirit and has traveled to various remote and challenging locations around the world, or a day with Marta Kuligowska, TVN24’s anchor and journalist, at TVN24 studio.

Warner Bros. Discovery Poland as a company has also offered unique attractions for movie enthusiasts in three separate auctions. The biggest one is a trip that will surely interest Harry Potter fans – the winner will travel to London for a few days with three accompanying people, where they will tour the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London to find out how their beloved series was made. The second offer is a private screening of one of the iconic films produced by Warner Bros. at TVN WBD’s movie theatre in out HQs in Warsaw. We are also auctioning two invitations to the grand premiere of the highly anticipated second part of the Oscar-winning “Dune.”
