According to the report “Partnership for Decades” by the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) and McKinsey & Company, over 1,600 American companies employ approximately 329,000 people in Poland. These enterprises generate revenues exceeding $88 billion annually.

American investments in Poland

Manufacturing remains the largest sector for American investment, accounting for approximately 38% of capital employed (nearly $11.6 billion). Additionally, American companies operating in Poland hold assets worth over $75 billion.

“The American presence in Poland today is distinguished not only by its scale, but also by its extraordinary resilience to external shocks and consistent advancement in global value chains,” the authors of the report believe.

They noted that American companies are involved in projects such as the construction of Poland’s first nuclear power plant and the development of offshore wind farms. In the area of ​​advanced manufacturing, corporations such as 3M, PepsiCo, Boeing, and Lockheed Martin are establishing their European production, logistics, and engineering hubs in Poland, from which they supply markets across the continent.
