The chairman of the National Broadcasting Council has initiated proceedings to financially punish TVN for airing the report “The Power of Lies,” which it claims violates Poland’s raison d’état and security. The report, which focuses on the alleged hiding of evidence by the Smolensk subcommittee, can now be viewed on numerous websites.
