Protect US Poland Future seeks to raise awareness about TVN Warner Bros. Discovery, Poland’s leading independent news company offering the highest-rated news media in the country. TVN broadcasts independent news and critical commentary about Poland’s government as well as high-quality entertainment free from government interference.

Poland’s National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) administers the National Broadcasting Law, including media license renewals. In 2021, it threatened to nationalize independent media. In October 2022, the KRRiT was reconstituted with five new members. Two of them were appointed by Poland’s lower House of Parliament, the Sejm; one by Poland’s Senate; and, two by Poland’s President.
